Change Order Delay Clause: Shall include all unavoidable delays to the construction improvements caused by the Change Order for the additional improvements including without limitation, all design and construction delays as reasonably determined by the Owner, Owners Representative or General Contractor provided that they make a reasonable efforts to mitigate such delays. The General Contractor therefore shall be excused for reasonable delays in the performance, in whole or in part, of this contract due to change order delays.
